How crowded Week of 10/24?

I see that the park hours for Disneyland on Friday have the park opened until midnight. Does that mean hugh crowds? I will have one day to visit the parks, I was wondering if I should go on Thursday, Friday or Saturday of next week (10/28, 28 or 29)

In my experience, Thursday is your best bet for smaller crowds. Fridays and weekends have longer hours primarily because that's when most of the locals visit the park, starting after school on Friday and through the weekends, which can greatly affect the number of visitors at the park. That's my theory anyway.

The park is traditionally open until midnight on Friday and Saturday all year.
