We received the e-mail code but couldn't use it on our Wl ressie because the resort was booked. I was able to do a split stay and apply it to a two night room only ressie at the Poly (I received $60 off per night). When I booked there were no concierge rooms available so we just got a garden view room. If I asked if there was any availability at check-in (on the off chance someone cancelled their ressie) would they give me the option of upgrading for an amount that would still reflect my pin code discount or would they only offer me the rack rate?
