View Full Version : Passholder Login Driving Me Mad!!

Is it just me or is access to the passholder page on the Disney Site the most contrary thing ever!!

Frequently I click on the passholder link and nothing happens, other days I get the log in page and am able to log in ok to access the Best Rate info, other days (like today!) it won't accept my passholder no even though I have entered it correctly and I can't login at all!!

Sorry, just had to get it off my chest, I am panicking as I am waiting to see if I can get AP discount for April via the Best Rate Programme so as soon as the new dates are released (if they are) I need to get access straight away to book!!

Any tips anyone??

EVERY single morning I have this same problem...first thing in the morning!
It is as if sometime between 4am and 8am they shut off access. I would have normally thought that this would be to update the web page, but that darn web site has not changed in months!

I keep hoping for more info, updates, etc. (for out trip in Dec.) :goodvibes

Of course, I am the dummy who checks EVERY morning! You think I might have gotten the clue by now?

It almost seems like the site is only available during their business hours. I gave up trying to get in before 7am and after 9pm.

Same here the issue is on there end. There website is so messed up!

Thank goodness you guys are here! I've been about to pull my hair out this morning with the stupid log-in issues. Its nice to know I'm not alone.

I have not been able to get in to book a new ressie for at least 4 weeks. I know I am entering the correct AP code because I already have future trips booked using BRP. I tried turning off McAffee scans, but still no luck.

At least I know it's not just me! Boy, they sure are making it hard for us AP holders to get a room!
