Not sure if there is a Passholder's pin but there should be a pin pursuit with a different pin available at each park as well as the resorts and Downtown Disney. It is usually a lot of fun running from park to park trying to find the pins and seeing which character is where. I highly recommend it. I did the pursuit a couple of years ago on the only Halloween trip I've ever made and had a blast. I even did it using only Disney transportation which was even more challenging trying to find buses going from resorts to parks to DTD. In the end though I found them all. Now I just have to go and frame them.
So I'm curious, what happens when the Disney Queen meets the Burger King? Is there a royal courtship?

According to Dizpins, there is an AP pin for MNSSHP:
Passholder Exclusive
Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party 2005
Stitch is showing his badness level as he has stolen the Headless Horseman's pumpkin head. This pin is a Passholder Exclusive created especially for Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party 2005. Stitch is a pin-on-pin.
Here's the link to all of the MNSSHP pins - http://www.dizpins.com/pinventory/wdw_mnsshp_2005.htm

Hi all!
Dizpins doesn't have anything listed for the resorts...can anyone confirm if they will have pins again this year? We are looking forward to the "hunt" as well.
Have a funtastic week!
