Need help finding an older hat

During our honeymoon at WDW in 2003, I bought my wife a plain black hat with a sliver Magic Kindom Castle embroidered on it, which she loved more than anything. Unfortunately, it blew off on Splash Mountain a few weeks ago, and they were unable to locate it. Needless to say, she desperately wants to replace it. I e-mailed the merch people at the park, and they say it has been discontinued. I've been watching ebay with no luck. Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I just wanted to wish you luck in your search and welcome you to the disboards. I'm sorry I don't have any other ideas for you.. but it will probably turn up on ebay eventually! Have you saved the search in 'My Ebay' and set it to automatically email you when there are matches? You might want to give that a try. Keeping the search simple (Magic Kingdom hat or Disney Castle hat) will probably help too.
