When to book Tiffany Towncar for one-way return trip?

We need to book return transportation only, from WDW to the airport, on Oct. 6.

Is there any urgency booking this or can I wait until the week before? Do you need a deposit or do I just pay the driver?

we paid the driver great service. i called one week before going . :D
