View Full Version : Yet another Emerald Aisle Question

I signed up for the Emerald club sometime over the summer. When I registered I printed my emerald club number from the computer so I have been able to reserve a car for our trip on Sept. 23. I never received anything in the mail, no packet regarding the benefits, etc. I was wondering if I will run into a problem because I don't have the card. Will the computer printed one work? I will definitely bring the confirmation sheet but I have really been looking forward to justing going to the aisle and picking my car. It will be nice to avoid any problems.

I signed up for an Emerald club last May and just recieved my card in August. I e-mailed them several times and they responded by saying they were behind on getting them out. Lucky for us our trip isn't till Nov. I would think you would be fine as long as you have your club #. But you may want to call to confirm.

The printout should be fine. Also keep in mind theEC is linked to your CC, so bring that obviously as well. I would call the EC hotline and request your card be sent, or sent again.

you have me beat Gail. Going 9/29, just for the weekend. Going again 11/21 for 12 days. Now working on a 01/02 4 night cruise.

I signed up for E/A about 1 1/2 weeks before the trip.... My card had not arrived before
the trip, so with the print out and credit card and DL I had no problems at all. Good luck
