Where do you all order your bulbs from?

I know I'm probably late in figuring this out - but it dawned on me that I wanted to plant more daffodil bulbs this fall, but I spaced over the summer and time just got away from me.

I have not had any luck with the bulbs from the stores in my area - which are mostly chains.

I don't mind ordering on-line, I just want to get "good" ones, very traditional looking, like the King Alfred's etc.

I placed an order two weeks ago at Van Engelen online and the order came last week. I ordered for the elementary school. 500 bulbs, 3 packages of fertilizer and shipping for 190$. Not bad. they were very helpful, making sure I got the order well before I needed them. The bulbs look fantastic and the King Alfred's I ordered are huge!
