Priority Seating at Universal?

Going in April! Can you make priority seating reservations like you do in Disney? If so, how far in advance can you make them and what is the phone number? Anyone know? Thanks! :teeth:

As a guest of the HRH we were able to have the concierge make advance res in the parks & @ select CitiWalk restaurants...people were making same day res. as they entered the parks @ guest services. Good Luck.

we are staying at the HRH! So how far in advance can I call and have them make the reservations for us? It will be Easter Sunday soooooooooo......

You'll luv the HRH...I started contacting the concierge desk 2 months' out. IMO the hotel staff is friendly & helpful, but they do profess to being "laid-back" (i.e., I did have to make a few reminder calls as my date neared to pin them down).

I would think it would be essential for your time period to have res. They helped us with Mythos (great) & Margarittaville (fun). I called NASCAR myself and made res.

Where do you want to eat...our experience @ The Kitchen was disappointing - dirty buffet area (bar & floor area), overpriced & of poor quality. Other than the convenience store/coffee stand they don't have anywhere onsite to grab a quick/light meal. Good Luck.

So far we thinking of eating at the Sunset Grill in the HRH....and at IOA we were thinking either Confisco Grill or Mythos....which one do you recommend....and at US thinking of Lombards. We are only staying one night and two days cause we have reservations at Disney the rest of the week. Really looking forward to our first trip to Universal! Whoo hoo!

Whoo hoo!Mythos is abnomaly: fine food & professional staff - in a theme park. Best dining experience we've had yet in the Orlando themeparks. Haven't tried the other's you've mentioned. Do know that the CM @ HRH stressed that Finnegan's was great, but we didn't have a chance to try it.

You'll get spoiled w/FOTL @ Universal when you get to WDW. Next time I plan on "doing" Universal last. Sounds like you'll have a great time - enjoy!

confisco's in the port of entry is very good as well. and finnegan's is our favorite restaurant in US.

Here is the phone number for the IOA Dining and Reservation Cart 407-224-4012. We make reservations for all restaurants on property except Emerils. But as to how far out it can be different depending on the restaruant.

Definitely Mythos!! It's the best. If you want a "special" fine dining experience, go to Tchoup Chop at the Royal Pacific. You can make reservations there on line at www.opentable.com

I don't think you can make reservations for Tchoup Chop with opentable.com anymore. I tried for about two weeks and the restaurant name doesn't show up as an Orlando area restaurant. Anyone can confirm this? Maybe I will try to have RPR club staff help with our December dinner reservation.

Hmmm. I went to Emeril's website and then to Tchoup Chop. The site said for on line reservations to see the "open table link", but there was no link. I went to open table and there Emeril's was NOT listed. I wonder what happened??
