We will be @ WDW in December ( at POP, not at the campground), we would love to go to the sing along/campfire (sorry can't remember the name of it). Is this something we have to make ressies for? Where can we find out more info about it? Someday we would love to stay at the campground. We are camping people( going this weekend to ME, last trip of the season) but the thought of driving w/ 3 kids to FLA. ( and gas) keeps us from doing this! So we thought the campfire would be fun!Thanks :sunny:

The campfire is free and does not require reservations. When you get to FW (either by bus or boat from MK) just take one of the internal buses to the meadow trading post bus stop. The campfire is in back. We brought stuff to make smors but you can buy everything you need there. After the sing along they show a movie.
I don't know if the times change during the year when we were there in May it all started about 7:00

Orange bus goes to the front of the meadows trading post. Yellow bus - get off at the 1500 loop bus stop and walk across the pedestrian bridge. Do NOT take the purple bus - goes to the cabin loops and no where near the campfire program. Or walk it - it's only about 1/2 mile and sometimes quicker than a bus.
