Just another reason for parents to always accompany their children/adult disabled children to restrooms. :(

From the article:
"Police said the victim was incapable of realizing right from wrong."
So sad that people prey on people who can't defend themselves. Thankfully they caught the slimebag.

The sad thing is, that could happen almost anywhere.

It is a good reminder to keep a close eye on kids or vulnerable adults. Unfortunately, this could happen anywhere.

That is really a sad thing. Like the previous poster, this can happen anywhere. Both were staying at the resort. It's not a if the pervert just went onto the property. He was a guest there. They should put him in jail and throw away the key.

There are not enough detail in that article to tell much of anything.

I know that this can happen anywhere but given the fact that many of us do not like Westgate it is just another strike against this place. Obviously, if this happened in the bathroom and both people involved were staying at the place then security was not an issue. I just wonder why the man who did not know right from wrong was not being monitored by parents or guardians. I must say my son is 17...and is for all intents and purposes "normal" (as a 17 year old can be) and I still try and have him go to the rest room with another person OR wait outside.
In Mass. a couple of years ago a 23 year old woman was killed in a rest room by someone hiding inside. I do not care who it is or how old I do not trust open rest rooms and think everyone should whenever possible go in pairs OR have someone wait outside. I am NOT blaming the victim but just wish that whomever was with him would have been more cautious.

This is exactly why I do not allow my DS7 alone in public bathrooms - anywhere, including Disney, SeaWorld, Wendy's, McDonalds, etc. period.
Sickening.
