Yes, Pat, thank you so much for your diligence and hard work at keeping this all updated and formatted for us all!

Yep, I (along w/my girls) am hosting the Thursday evening Osborne Lights Mini Meet. I've never seen them, or been in that part of the park, but I'll try to do a dry run before the time since we really only have an hour to do this and be at the Fantasia Dessert party.

Pat - Two things.

First, since TeresaNJ won't be able to attend DIScon, I would be willing to take over her duties as host of the Pleasure Island Adventures Club Meet on Thursday evening.

Second, I noticed that on the itinerary you have the location for the Osborne Family Lights event on Thursday listed as "FATASMIC Desert Party". A Freudian slip perhaps???

That's right, Pat. There are a lot of new people deciding at the last minute to join DIS-Con. Your wonderful intinerary is invaluable. I know it helps me to get my personal intinerary in some sort of resonable order, too! Thank you for all your hard work!

Darn it Barry. I raised my hand first. I knew the answer. No fair. If you weren't so tall, I'd bop you on the head.

Patrick - I would be completely lost without your itinerary. I have printed it out at least a dozen times. I have copies at work and at home. I have scribbled notes and even extended my WDW stay by a day solely based on your work. You have made a great contribution to the DIS and for that I am greatful.

Now if you could just incorporate all the RADP-6 dates and times.....
(Just kidding!!!)

There is a weekly Pin Trading Meet at the Contemporary Pin Station every Friday at 7PM. It is hosted by DIS member Pintrader (Kathryn). Would you please see if it can be added to the Itinerary for November 30th??

Kathryn has said that as many as 100 traders have been there and from what we hear on the Collector's Board from other's who have attended........it's not to be missed.

It looks to me though, that Friday night is really crowded right now with DATW II and Fantasmic Dessert Party.

The Fantasmic dessert party will be over by then and the Osbourne Tour is right after that. The meet usually goes on late.....so anyone who isn't up to the DATW II or doesn't drink is invited to come pin trade.

Pat, your itinerary has been a great help in keeping things straight. I, too have printed several copies.
There is one thing I was wondering if you could add (unless it's already there & I'm missing it LOL). I was wondering if there was some way you could distinguish between the official convention evention events open only to those who have registered for the convention & the unofficial mini-meets that are open to anyone? We aren't official attendees due to the fact that we are leaving for home on 12/1 and thus would be unable to attend too many of the events to make registration financially feasible. We do plan on doing as many unofficial meets as possible, but I don't want to plan on something that is for official registrants only. Thanks.

I updated it with what I think are the official events. If I missed one please let me know. The Osborne lights tour and the TOT Pin Trading meet are listed as official because others will not be able to access it because the park will be closed.

Pat, what free time? We'll be busily planning DIS-Con II......silly you! It might be as soon as JUNE! :earseek: We will only have HALF the time we had for DIS-Con I. :earseek:

And Pat, thank you thank you thank you for being the 'keeper of the itinerary'. :) It can't be an easy job, but you've made life easier for the rest of us. :) :) :)

A week from today! Pat, you say you're leaving a week from today? So, if you leave next Thursday, What will I do if there are any changes in the itenary on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday, before I get to go. LOL. Thanks for helping me stay organized. I really appreciate all the updates.
