Marriotts Imperial Palm Villas--need opinions quick!

We've been trying to trade our week through RCI for a week at Grand Vista, but haven't had much luck. Today a 3 bedroom at Marriotts Imperial Palm Villas came available. Anyone have an opinion on them?? Distance to Disney, pools, overall cleanliness?? Should we hold out for a Grand Vista condo?? thanks so much!!

get great reviews on tug. I would go with it.

although I didn't think it could trade with RCI. CH, RP and SP can - this is the first trade for IP I have seem.

if you main area is WDW - this is much closer to WDW than the GV are to it.

I haven't stayed yet in Imperial Palms - but I have some relatives staying Cypress Harbour right now. they are celebrating a birthday!!!
