Frightening Thought!

When I rang for my ADR today I was on hold for a while and enjoyed listening to 'Pink Elephants on Parade' from Dumbo :)

It then struck me - what if they play the 'It's a Small World' music when your on hold!!!! If your on hold for any length of time you would be jibbering wreck!!

when i first rang for candelight procession i was on hold for an hour, and i heard it's a small world 5 times...i counted...sad i know!

I was on hold for about 40 minutes last weekend, and can safely say that 'It's a Small World' was not played - Phew !!! :)

I suppose at least there is some variety. I was on hold with Barclaycard today and had the same piece of music (I think it was an instrumental version of one of Blue's songs) over and over again. It only seemed to last about 30 seconds - I only lasted 6 1/2 minutes before I HAD to hang up :rotfl:
