PBH vs. HRH

I'm trying to decide between the PBH and the HRH. I have one child who is 9. Which one do you think is better and why?

Children generally prefer the HRH. PBH is very quiet. HRH has a very active pool area and is more lively. Also, it's very easy to just walk to the parks from HRH.

I'm wondering the same thing! I have narrowed it down to the Hard Rock Club Level or Portofino Bay Butler Villa.

I'm anxious to read some of the replies. :)

Have they brought back the Butler service at the PBH??? I am trying to make the same decision. Only I have four little ones; 10, 7, 5, 3. I am used to all of the activity and noise so it may be really nice for us to be in a "quieter" environment. Still, I would prefer the "club" level than a regular room so that may limit us to the HRH. I would like to hear more about both hotels. :)
