HELP! Design Survivor Theme Bday Card

DS9 has a birthday party to go to tomorrow and we forgot to buy a card when we were just at the store. I really don't want to drive all the way back to get one.

Can some creative person help me design a card I can print out. It's for a 10 year old boy (Geoffrey) who is having a Survivor themed party. DS doesn't want me to make something dorky. LOL

I did a Google search for "Survivor logo", saved the image on my computer, opened it in Paint and painted over the words I didn't want, saved it again. Opened it in Print Shop and added Happy Birthday Geoffrey and the # 10.
