I read a lot about people getting AAA packages. When I visited my CAA office the only info I got from them was nightly rates in Canadian $. How do people access these discounted packages? Or is that something that is only available to U.S. AAA members?

You get it in a CAA rate. It is the same as the AAA rate. If you want room only you can book it yourself. Just need to show your CAA card when you arrive. If you want the package deal you have to book through a CAA agent. Then you should get the room discount and the rest of the package. Only the room portion would have a discount. Of course they would give you a price in Canadian Dollars as this is the currancy we use. They covert it. Also some CAA agents do not know much about Disney and its deals. So check out on this board who people have used. We live in Barrie and there is a good one here. Who knows Disney very well. Hope she is still there when we go to book our Disney Vacation.

You can also book the room yourself with Disney and ask for the AAA rate. I find doing it yourself and seperately is cheaper. You picked a great time to go.

I'm so excited, tried to talk the family into going in value season, but they want warm weather not cheap rates. They know mom will figure out the finances. I don't really care, it's my vacation. I work for it, I save for it and I'm going to enjoy it no matter when I go. :)
