Cost Estimate Spreadsheet

I made a spreadsheet for myself to see the future cost of dues, rack rates, etc. It goes all the way to 2042. It uses a few different inflation rates. I am sure you have all done the numbers for yourselves but I thought someone might be interested in analyzing it. Most of the spreadsheets use formulas, so you can plug in different numbers to show different scenerios. If anyone is interested, let me know and I will email it to you. And let me know of ways you think I can improve it...Thanks

I just realized that on the Inflation Estimates sheets I used the rate for a studio at VWL during value season which is $265. But the LOS in points is used during magic season. So you really could plug in $280 in 2001, which would give you a dramatically different number. I also added a worksheet. This one was used with a 50% discount of 2001 Rack Rate with NO Inflation for the next 40 years. Well guess what... you would still save 21,000 dollars! For those of you who don't think DVC is not worth it, you would have to find a studio room at VWL for under $109 a night until the year 2042 to just match the savings you get with DVC. Good Luck finding that rate in 40 years:smooth:
