Fall sports swap - DEADLINE NOV. 10.

Final Details

If you would still like your elements done in certain colors, please post by Sept. 22.

I will wait one week for flakers and then mail on Nov. 17.

Each sport has a different number of swappers..

Soccer - 5
Football - 6
Cross Country - 5
Cheerleading - 4

When finished, baggy or envelope them all off into separate baggies. Please write the name of the person it is going to since many people have expressed an interest for certain colors. I will double check all bags to make sure they are complete. Make sure your name/screename is on there somewhere so we can all give credit where its due.

Put all of the individual baggies into 1 big gallon sized baggie (rain protection) then in whatever you choose to ship in AND make sure to add either a Flat Rate (3.85) stamp or cash so you'll get your stuff back. (We've used the Priority Envelopes in the past and it has worked really well...)

PLEASE make sure to include your full name on/in the envelope somewhere and make sure to have a legible copy of your address somewhere that I can read it. You DO NOT need to send an envelope. After it’s packaged up, mail it to me. Please check your PMs for my address.

Any questions/comments/concerns PLEASE let me know (either here, PM or email). If life gets in the way and you feel you may not make the deadline- PLEASE let us know as soon as you do.

I will highlight your name when I received your package. Please pm me when you go postal.

Just to let you know all the ladies in the CC swap, WDWprincess_keli and I will be making our elements together (She is my DD) so both our elements will match colors and we will do individual colors for each person. I hope that made sense.

I'm just on such a roll. :goodvibes had to test out the sidekick and using my qk in it so I made my soccer squares. (and they are too cute if I do say so myself). that soccer outfit qk die just rocks. maggie

Got mine in the mail today, so be on the look out. The Cross Country stuff gave me fits. I signed up for box 'n tag, and tags in the second group. Then I realized I had to come up with 3 different tags! I finially ended up with the box n tag being generic in colors and the 2 tags done in everyones team colors. I hope they are OK. Joyce

sorry I am such a loser and so late with this one!

all things are started -
DH has pool tonight - so I should get some time to myself!

(lately when I am home - DD 15 months has mastered jumping the baby gate so I can't have my scrap crap out and be working she wants to "help" to much! so I am much safer sitting with her in the "safe areas" of the house (thank heavens for the laptop DH got me for my birthday! lol)

I have to work all day tomorrow (Tues.) so I hope to package everything tonight for the 3 I have and ship off either after school Tues. or Wed. morning. I will be at schools in town so getting them to the PO is not a problem. Hopefully you will all have your packages by Sat. If for some reason I don't go postal by Wed, it will be Friday as I am going shopping in Chicago on Thurs.

I am waiting for one more package from the cheerleading section. I won't mention any names for fear of embarassing that person, but you can check the first page to see it that is you. :)

The football and soccer went postal today. You should have them by Sat.

The CC will go postal either before I leave for Chicago at 8:00 Wed (if your package is under 16 oz). If not they will go out Friday after 4:00. Cheerleading ones will go out the day after I receive the last one. I picked up envelopes and stamps today so I just need to place them in the envelopes and take to the PO.

Please let me know when packages arrive.

That's fine Patty. I will mail everything out Monday. CC didn't go out on Friday. I added something to my titles and accidently put them where they got wet. I need to redo them. It will take about 5 minutes. So everyone should be on the lookout Wed.

You did. I mixed two envelopes up with the postage sent. One sent me a stamp the other a pre-printed one (from their printer online). Your's was probably one of them. I figured it didn't matter in the end as everyone paid on way or another.

Christina, Don't worry that you think yours are simple. I am a simple scrapper so they will look fine on my pages. Also, without colored card stock, they will match everything. Sometimes these are the best elements to receive because of this.

Ladies, as you post that you received your package, I am deleting you name from the first page. I thought that would be easiest for me to keep track.

I forgot to mention this to the CC ladies. The added square with the running shoe is to go on the topper. I made my toppers 12in., but if you use a smaller book you can cut it down. If you use 12" then add the square to the empty space.

I hope that makes sense.

BTW, thanks to all who added hostess gifts. I appreciate them even though they were not necessary.

Good for you Maggie. Since I can only scrap chronologically (it's a me thing) I am going to have to wait to use my stuff. Both DD and DS were in FT and CC for the first time this year so hopefully I will get to use them soon. I am somewhere in the spring of 2005 for the kids so it won't take long. I don't take a lot of pics in the summer so it shouldn't take long to get to the fall.
