OK whats with the sign on 146s that says "tf green airport 295 south"? Well, I just took it and drove around for 2 hours. Next weekend I get to go back down and try to find it again. I'll try just taking 95south.

Don't know from where in MA you are coming, but take 95 South into RI. Continue thru Providence until you reach exit 13. Take the exit and stay on the left hand side of the exit. TF Green will be right in front of you (about 1 mile from when you get off the exit).

We always park in the Thrifty Rent A Car parking lot (there is a AAA discount available - I think it is 15%). They have a shuttle bus that takes you right to the front door of the airport and will pick you up at the end of your trip.

If you take 295s, you need to get off at the rt 37 exit. (There should be a sign for TF Green take this exit) Rt 37, will take you across from 295 to 95s just above the exit for the airport. Depending on the time of day (and day of the week) that you are drving down, this may be better for you. If it is anywhere near rush hour, take 295s. Otherwise, you can follow 146 to 95 and take that south out of Prov.

I have taken both routes, and have come to prefer the 146 to 95 option simply because there is more scenery. 295 can be pretty boring. :o

My son and I are leaving as soon as the dismissal bell rings at school (230) Thurs Oct 4th. Hopefully we will avoid rush hour. Coming from the Worc area. Staying overnight at airport hotel and flying out early Fri morning.

You will probably be OK either way then. The 146 to 95 route is a little more interesting.

Where in the Worc area are you? I used to live in Auburn, and Worcester up until a couple of years ago.
