No Vouchers from Southwest!!

In late August, after having missed the Southwest $75 RT from Hartford to Orlando specials, we booked $121 RT (non-stop) on the same route through Southwest (travelling late Nov - early Dec). Lo and behold we checked this same route a week later and were able to get the same flights for only $97 RT. I called Southwest, expecting to get vouchers for the difference, but to my surprise was told to book the internet travel again and they would REFUND the first tickets (savings 5X$24 = $120), woohoo!!!!

This was an unexpected surprise. What service.

We really like SWA, we have found their customer service to be outstanding. They have always been great about crediting price breaks to the customer. :)
