Came second in Quiz Night

We all went to the local carnival annual presentation and quiz night last night at a local social club :)

Our quiz team was me, DW, DD1, DD2 and MIL - and we came joint second!

We lost it on the 'Name the Year' round :( We are not very good with dates!

It was good fun though :)

And DW's Brownies got a nice cheque from the carnival committee too :)

We don't have Quiz Nights here in the States like y'all do in the UK. When I was there last the pub/restaurant at the hotel I was staying had one. We played... it was so much fun. Didn't do real well tho' because the questions were very much out of our "culture" :rotfl2: But we had a blast!
