I have emailed the tech support many many times about the arrows don't work for the games. We have switched out keyboards, and that didn't help. I send them all the information they want, then get a email back saying well we answered your problem so we will close this email. They never did anything!!! I like the game and my kids do too, but getting 100 credits sometimes 200 if we log on early enough, we go back at night to get more. I asked them why they can't put the game play on the number pad, because everyones number lock works, never a response. Does anyone else have this problem?
