Good morning. I did 30 minutes on my exercise bike for 9.3 miles. I'm glad I got it in. I woke up 10 minutes late and the humidity herre on the east coast is awful. I was soaking wet when I got off the bike. (No I don't have air conditioning in my house).
Walked for 35 minutes this morning.
