Got Upgraded??

I booked a few months ago RPR for our upcoming trip (booked a standard room). I just got our confirmation by email as our trip is in 2 days and it states a water view room (same price). I'm certainly not complaining but just wondering.

It would appear that way. Theres a good chance that they have a big group coming in and need the standard rooms for them so they moved some other guests to water view rooms. 3522-3536 (even) have great views of the pool and IOA in tower 3. They are also high enough to avoid any palm tree obstructions. They are kinda far from the elevator but very close to the ice machines. Enjoy!
