The kids are back in school, it is time for me to get back on track. In fact, I am getting the whole family on track.

Only healthy snacks for school, and after school. We will have a set dinner time, with no snacking before bed. While the girls are in dance class and gymnastics, I will go to the park across the street and walk around the track (instead of sitting and reading a book).

Best of all, I now have free time to myself during the day. No excuse not to excercise at least a little each day. No more "Mom, we're hungry..." all day.

So - my goal is a modest 15 lbs. by our January trip.
