Also I just booked the Wishes Cruise (15 mins ago) and they couldn't tell me when the boat would pick me us as they didn't know the park times for the fireworks yet.

It's clearly a mistake - have you read the hours?

But on a more serious note, yes BB is closed - only TL is open in November. The US version of the website has it right.

LOL was too excite that it was open to pay attention to the times.. but hey I love that water park that much that yes I would get up at 2am if they let me LOL ;)
