is blooming. I am so excited because pests were literally tearing my beautiful jasmine apart. A little dust of Sevin once a week, and the jasmine is thriving.
Only a gardener could really appreciate this.

Mmmmmm. Must smell lovely. Too bad we can't post scents. I've never seen night blooming jasmine. Do you have a pic?

I don't have a photo of my jasmine, but here's a series of photos that show you what an exquisite little flower it is. You would never believe such a small flower could have such a big scent.

It is almost otherworldly the way nightblooming jasmine smells. There's a heaviness in the air and it's humid, and then you smell this incredible fragrance.
Have I convinced you yet to get yourself one? They really are very hardy and easy to grow. As a matter of fact, it will take over.

Answer,
Sounds nice,
However I think it's unfair that you live in Florida and have gardening problems!!!
Try struggling with banana plants outside of Cleveland!
Good luck with the Jasmine

Thanks, the jasmine really is spectacular now. It's such a haunting smell and it seems to come and go.
As far as growing banana plants outside Cleveland, you're a brave person. :worship:

Oooh :cool1: I just saw a jasmine plant in the new J&P catalogue. I'll wait till after our WDW & cruise to spring for it. With my luck it would bloom while I'm away and die when I get back :faint:
