::MickeyMo We are staying at All Star Movies next year. Last year we stayed at CB and rode on the sea racers. We wanted to go to CB for a few hours next year and ride these again. Any tips on the easiest way to do this? I remember when we stayed at ASM a few years ago, the buses sometimes stopped at CB on their way to a park. Do you think I could ask them if they are stopping there or would I need to go to a park first?

I would rent Sea Racers from one of the monorail resorts as there's a larger water area and the engines are more powerful. Great views of MK from the water!!!

Just catch a bus to MK, then head to the resort monorail station or just walk over the the Contemporary. You can rent them there.

Thanks! I didn't realize that you could walk to the Contempory. Do you know about how long it takes? And are the boat rentals the same at all resorts?

I personally have never done the walk, but have heard maybe 5-10 min.?

And yes, I believe all the boat rentals are the same at each resort.

Silly question here but do you need to wear your bathing suit in these boats?? Are they big enough that you don't get splashed on really bad?? Are normal clothes okay to wear??

Thanks :goodvibes

I posted a wrong answer - sorry!! The small boats sit close to the water and you might get a little wet. Might want to wear your bathing suit underneath a t-shirt and shorts!!! Sorry, I was thinking I was posting about Illuminations cruises!!!

One more question.......do you just walk up to the marina, do you have to make resservations or call ahead??

I'm planning on just walking up to the marina at the Poly next week, but if you are going at a busy time of year, you might want to make reservations.

Sorry about the wrong answer on one of your other questions; I've edited it so it should make sense now.
