when can you book

Hi all,
can anyone tell me please hoiw far in advance can you book the Wantilan Laua, at RPR.
Also we will be staying at the RPR ,but i take it that it will have to be booked in advance.

We went to the Laua over the 4th of July weekend in '04 and were able to book when we arrived at RPR. I have been looking for the email address of the concierge at RPR but have erased it from my account. Their direct dial # is 403 507 1000.
