Mears Transportation

First time to WDW in 30 DAYS:) We have tranfers arranged by travel agent on mears are they easy to find after getting luggage also what is the frequency of their service. I was told by someone that they don't leave until bus is full is this true. How long does it take to get WDW staying at ASSP. Any info would help.

I can tell you that when you get your luggage, go down one level, outside you will see the mears stand out there.
