Club Sevilla, Florida Vacation Villas or Villas Fortune Place?

Has anyone stayed at any of these places? Any comments on condition of units, proximity to Disney property etc? Would you go back?

I know Villas at Fortune Place is pretty far out...I havent heard too great about any of those but probably Florida Vacation Villas sounds the best

I have stayed at Florida Vacation Villas (FVV) but not the others. None of these, I think, rank in the top tier of Orlando timeshares. FVV was okay, nothing special but it was clean. It is a slight drive away from Disney and the other attractions. I think Club Sevillas is small but closer than FVV but still further away than other timeshares such as Vistana, Vacation Village at Parkway, Orange Lake, etc. You might wish to look at www.tug2.net (http://www.tug2.net/) for reviews. Oh, the question of would I go back. No but I own and like Orange Lake.
