Can't remember how to get a countdown

You can get a countdown from www.tickerfactory.com. Vacation and travel countdowns is one of the options on the first page.

Good luck (I can never seem to get mine sorted first time!!) Ask again if you need any more help.

Got to page with codes what do i do next.

Copy the code, then go to User CP and update signature by pasting in code.
Hope that is as clear as mud :)
