I didn't see anything else on this, but apparently they have started to pump water out and in some places in the 9th ward have gone down a foot already.

MOstly just tree falling stories. One drowning of a man who survived 7 months in Iraq and "Vera" who got hit by a car after the storm in the French Quarter---passersby made a makeshift grave for her.
