View Full Version : Making a loop request

I've made a reservation for my mom at Ft Wilderness for Dec 8-10 for a full hookup, but I'm trying to get a preferred pet loop for her, so that she can be close to the Settlement Depot - she has mobility issues, so closer is better.

If I don't manage to get her into a preferred loop, what do you think is a good pet loop to put on her reservation as a request?

I should also mention that she's got a big RV - 35 feet, so that may make a difference as to where they can put her?

Thanks in advance for your help!

I would have your request noted on your reservation, and call to speak with the room assigner ahead of time.

We usually fax in a request to FW, and each and every time, they give us exactly what we ask for. :sunny:

Thanks, I'll definately do that. I'm just not familiar with the loops, and which would be a pet loop close to the settlement depot, but not preferred. I've looked at the maps, and checked websites about what loops are what, but it seems to change depending on what site you're looking at.

Mainly I'm hoping a preferred site becomes available, I'd much rather pay a little more and know she'll be set. But if it doesn't I want to be prepared with a good loop request.

The 300,700, and 800 are preferred pet loops and 500 is a over flo preferred pet loop. Non preferred pet loops 1600 through 1900.:bored:

You're the best! I've put 900 down as a request on her reservation, just in case I can't get her into a preferred loop.
I'll call a little closer to the date, and talk to someone at the campground to explain.

I appreciate your help!

I can't find 900 listed as a pet loop, even overflo, anywhere. You sure about this one?

Sorry if this has been asked before, I just couldn't find the answer.

What number should I call or fax with my request? Is there still a format or form I should use?

I will be there Oct 28th thru Nov 4th in a preferred loop.

Thanks for the info.
