No rooms onsite, any ideas?

Hi,
I'm trying to find rooms near USF that are as comparable to the onsites as possible. Have stayed at both HRH and PBH and loved them, but our dates are close to Halloween and there's no availability. What are the next nicest places nearby? Thanks!
