prima flowers

Just a quick question. Can you buy those prima flowers anywhere else but on line? I have checked them out lots of places on line, but would like to see them in person. Does michaels,acmoore or joann's carry them? Or does it have to be a lss? Wow that looks like more than one question!!!!!

I have only seen them at one LSS near me and that was a while ago. They are too far for me to drive (especially with gas prices now) so I did order them on line because I'm in a prima flower swap. I must say, I was kind of disappointed in the size. I ordered the large and thought they made a mistake because they looked like small ones (to me). But the bottle said large. They are pretty but nothing spectacular. Probably more info than you wanted :earsboy:

Edited to add: I've never seen them at J's or M's.

I have searched in vain to find them. I even drove 15 miles to a very large scrapbook store. When I asked about them I got a wierd look. The owner didn't know what I was talking about. I have resigned myself to cutting apart silk flowers and anchoring them with a brad or eyelet in the center.

I have some at my store that I could sell to all of you, if you are looking for them. The only ones that I have left are the Vintage mixed small and medium and the green and ivory medium. They are $6.50 a bottle and of course, shipping would be extra.

I adore the flowers! I've put them on layouts, cards, altered stuff... I also just like to look at all my bottles. :) maggie

The bottles are cute!! I do like to use flowers on my l/o's (thank goodness I have a girl!!). But I don't think I could ever use a whole bottle of one color so that's why I joined a prima swap. That way I get some of several colors and don't have just one color flower on every l/o and card!!

that was what i did....swapped them with 2 of my friends...i thought what the heck would i do with a whole bottle of flowers??? so we got all the colors and split them 3 ways...that way we had 12 colors and 4 bottles each.

not that i have used any, but there are terribly cute.

i can't wait until i *see* the new ones!!!
