Is it still to early? I noticed the landscaping company planted them at the shopping center across the street. Here in PA it has been pretty comfortable temps this past week and looks like the upcoming week as well. :sunny:

I just love the fall! :cloud9:

Hi Lisa. Sure not sure when is a good time but did notice your thread got moved here rather than copied, which would have enabled it to get more ideas, not less. You might want to also repost it again on the CB where you will get a greater number of opinions and ideas. Just a thought.

I know, I am pretty miffed about that one! :confused3 I did post it on the CB but came back to look for any responses and it was over here.

I've been wanting to get my mums in too, but I am going to hold off another 2 weeks. They will last longer in the cooler weather and we really havent had that yet. If you feel your weather has turned cool for good than I would go for it. Love the fall colors!

I have some in pots in the shade waiting. Still too hot and dry here. Next few weeks. The mums planted in the ground around the pond and around the house are alll ready to bloom :flower:

All the mums I put out last year came back this summer and are about to burst open.

I can't wait till they bloom, they will be beautiful! I can't believe how big they grew!

I think I may try to plant mums this week. It has begun to cool down enough they should do well. It just hasn't been 'fallish' yet. None of the leaves have turned and there really isn't that crisp feel in the air?
