Book covers... back to school???

Am I the only dork who actually 'alters' the kids paper book covers for them?
DD had a teacher who didn't allow the stretchie fabric covers and told them to do the old paper bag thing - so I stayed up late punching sizzllette letters in her name, the subject etc..
I used MM pink [aint on 2 areas then used drywall tape and put the Rat a Tat SCIENCE letters ontop of that then some little dragonfly stickers....
I used Azure for her name on it too - way cute!
I even coated it with some mod podge...

What is wrong with the fabric covers? I saw them at BJ's over the weekend. When I needed paper covers for school books, scrapbooking was not the "in" thing :). Hopefully your daughter likes what mom did!

I bought the cutes red sox fabrics ones too! But the teacher for this one subject said that the ruin the bindings :rolleyes: :confused3

Okay, what I want to know is how come you can buy Red Sox everything for scrapbooking, but there is no Patriots stuff?? :confused3
I love those Red Sox Jolees that they have out and wish they would make some for my Patriots!
