2006 Trip Planning DVD

Anyone know if this is out yet? The last one we have doesn't have Soarin' on it. If I order the one from the WDW UK website, will I get a more recent version; the picture looks the same as the one we already have.

I ask mainly in a desparate need to preserve my sanity. DS (6) is watching the one we have over and over every day, and any variation would be great. We don't go for another 5 months...... :badpc:

I have ordered the trip planning DVD every year, from 2003 until this year and have yet to receive one. I was really hoping to get one this year because we have just booked to take our kids next year and wanted to use it as part of their surprise gift, when we tell them.

Does everone else manage to receive theirs when ordered?

I got the 2005 DVD and I am sure it has Soarin in it as it has the celebrations in it. I think you can download alot of these video clips from WDWinfo as well.

The newest one was not really different to the last (it's still Ben Sheperd, same families etc.). THere were a couple of new bits in the extras, but otherwise a bit disappointing

Ive always received mine but sometimes it does take ages to come. Ive got the 2005 one and I ordered it again last week as I was hoping the 2006 one was out with all the new attractions but a couple of days ago the 2005 one arrived so it cant be out yet. :sad1: The new stuff is on the 2005 one but its only promo videos, there is not really much info, I think the videos get worse every year!

Thanks for your answers folks. I'll try and hold off as long as possible so as not to get the same one twice! They are always almost the same but when you've watched it as often as I have any variation is exciting! Most of the kids in them must be almost grown up by now...

I think I ordered the last one about 3 times before one came. And only one came....

How long do they normally take to arrive? I ordered one last week so it would be nice to know when to expect it before ordering another!!

They usually take about 3-4 weeks, sometimes its been even longer! But I ordered one 2 weeks ago and it came in about a week, if you only ordered last week I would expect it to be anytime from now but be prepared it could take ages!

I have 2 of 2005 version as I got my own and a friend gave me hers as her husband refuses to go to WDW (I have told her she needs to sort him out!!) if anyone wants it please just ask I will send it free.

Just finished watching it - it's still the 2005 version (even though I told them I was planning for a 2006 trip), which suggests the 2006 ones aren't available yet.
