I Did It!!!!!

Just back from a 5 day stay at AsSports. Took the DVC tour while I was there and I'm now the very happy owner of 150 Saratoga Springs points! :cool1:

Gave my $500 deposit. Disney gave me the $1200 incentive ($8 off per point) and I have to send in the remaining down payment by the end of September.

I did the 10 year financing with 20% down, but I plan on paying it off quicker than that (need to pay it off before addonitis strikes :teeth: ).

I got a March UY with this year's points (2005). Maintaince fees prorated.

Can't wait to take my first trip home!

It was funny to hear how many people from PA were taking the tours!)
