View Full Version : Upset with WDW Travel

Received a call today from WDW Travel about our upcoming Oct. trip. The call was about our rent a car, but during the conversation she said "you arrive at 1:30pm". I said no, our confirmation sheet lists us arriving at 10:30am..
Turns out our flight was canelled months ago, but no one informed us of the change!
I am a little upset because that takes 3 hours away from us on our first day at WDW.

was it a charter flight? if not hten you might want to check and get put on another flight that better suits your time. they can do that at no charge due to teh major schedule change you went thru. usualy the carriers call the travel agency/company that books the air and they are the ones that are supposed to notify you.

It was through ATA.
WDW Travel said we were to receive notification, but it slipped through the cracks.
We looked into other arilines, but they would be connnecting flights (cant do with our baby) and more money.
Oh well, just disappointed I lose 3 precious hours in WDW.

Yes, you have lost 3 hours........but your going to Disney!!!!!
