Dear all, What is the Halloween Party at DCA like? We have attended the one in Orlando, but never California. Is there Trick-or -Treat? A Parade with Headless Horseman leading off? Spooky park lighting? Rides open? Is there a report or photos on-line anywhere? Just cannot imagine a Disney Halloween Party without the Haunted Mansion location! When can those of us without APs get tickets? :maleficen

Hi Carla-
Well if it is like the one they had in Disneyland several years ago it is similar to WDW with trick or treating, parade, costumes... But this is the first year they are having it at DCA. So I am not sure what exactly they are doing but I know for sure trick or treating! We already have our tickets for the last night. I can't wait! I hope this helps.

All they've let out of the bag so far is the trick-or-treating! Tickets go on sale to the general public on Sept. 15, I believe. I've never been to any of the Halloween events, so I'm pretty excited.
I'm going on the first night, because I want to experience it for myself, rather than have my veiw skewed by other's opinions and suprises runined by SPOILERS!!! I can't wait!!!

As soon as I found about this event (from the DISBoards!) I purchased my tix. Honestly with the exception of trick or treating and a tickets only event from 7:30 - 10:30 I have no idea what to expect. I would assume some rides would be opened but not all. I do know they are limiting the tix each night but they don't say how many are being sold each night.
Still I can't wait to go on the 21st of Oct!
