Ok, Next summer I'm going on a school trip to Europe. Some friends and I want to go to Disneyland Paris. We asked and the teacher said if there is anyway to catch a bus or transportation from in the city of Paris we can go. I know very little about Paris and the surrounding area, can anyone tell me if there is transportation from within Paris? How far is Disneyland from the actual city of Paris? I had no idea where to post this so I decided to ask you guys! Any response would be helpful.

Yes there is transportation within Paris.

The following info is from the Autumn/Winter 2000/2001 Disneyland Paris guide:

Between the airports and Disneyland Paris, there are shuttles that leave every 45 minutes that cost 85 francs an adult (ages 12+)

It is situated 19 miles east of Paris.

There is, of course, roadways throughout Paris (some of them are tolls).

You can take either the Eurostar from London (3 hours, $42/adult) or the Thalys from Brussels (1.5 hours, $36/adult).

There is also a public transport system called the RATP in Paris that allows you to ride express trains and buses within the city. Costs per adult is $16/1 day, $26/2 days, $36/3 days.

Also, they open a second theme park called Walt Disney Studios Paris in March of next year.

I think your best bet is getting the train from Paris to Disneyland. The station at DLP is literally right outside the door.
I remember when I went there were special coaches available to take you from DLP to Paris, so perhaps you can get a coach from Paris too.
