This thread is in reference to the "central plaza corner"... all of which I am sure you are familar with...

Now.. as founder of that "corner-hang-out-spot"... there are a few things we need to work out...

1) What happened to my nice "g-rated" corner?!?! Ok... wait.. given.. maybe it was more "PG-rated" with the comments I was making... BUT... now... its looking more "PG-13 rated"... if ya know what I mean! Yea Astryd.... and MTlott.. and PeachyT... and SorcMickey... uh huh... thats right...I'm talking to you! ;)

2) There are corner fees... uh huh... yea thats right... FEES! Its not easy to keep those ribbons on that lamp post.. "crisp" looking...ok? And I mean... I am constantly cleaning up graffiti... that reads "Cookie is da bomb!" and "Dis meet '05".... and have tried a million times.. to get that mickey head off... but that thing ain't going no where!

Now I have no problems with sharing my corner... I love to share... ok not really... but I mean... I am out numbered here... so.... you can have the corner as well. I would like to see your offer though... I mean... at least throw me a pin or two*.... maybe a new shirt... been wearing this one for a long time now. I'm really not asking for much I don't think... :confused3

Now... there are several witnesses... that have also spoken.. and stated... that Churro and I... were the original corner folks. I moved to the corner... cause I was kicked off Tangaroa's bench... and then I met Churro... and we would go stand on the corner and have our daily chats...

I was not able to put up any signs... due to the fact.. that I can only lift my hand up... when I a) wave... or b) dance. Not to mention that we can't even say words like "making"... and you really thought... they would allow ME... of all people... ME... to have a hammer and nail in VMK?! That has liability issues written all over it!

I admit it... I did take a league of absense from the corner... first for work in CA... then for a mini vacation to VA... but upon arrival back to my corner.. I was suprised to see what it had become.

You all speak of this "MTlott" person... and blame him... I find that interesting. I took this group.. as more of the.. "all for one and one for all" type... you should all be ashamed of yourselves... blaming that poor man*.

I would submit that in the jurisidiction of the Land of VMK, the four innocent individuals who have been attacked with such vicious lies have sufficiently met the time requirements to have gained ownership of said property through adverse possession. (We all know time passes much faster in the Land of VMK!) Thus with such ownership, said individuals have the rights to enjoy said property and engage in any activity on said property that is deemed lawful under the laws of the Land of VMK. :rotfl2:

And excusing people from the accusation?? First, excusing one party from the group would only encourage the finger to be pointed at that individual as the sole troublemaker and thus raise such issues of reasonable doubt that no jury would find the remaining parties guilty! Can you provide proof of ownership of said corner? Or proof of any tenancy at said corner? Is it true that you had abandoned said property thus allowing it's free use by any who came upon it? Also is it true that there were no signs posted indicating that the property was private property?

Next to your claims of alleged improper acts and your accusation of four VMK/Dis individuals:

Notarized proof of ownership of said corner area has been registered in the VMK Finland-based servers since 24 May, 2005. Tenancy has been established through multiple screenshots and video capture, available for review at the same Suomi servers by appointment only. Said corner area property was never abandoned nor was intent to abandon ever established; however, malicious squatters did purposely and willfully overtake the Central Plaza area with their loud noises and silly hats, making it difficult to concentrate and carry on the primary actions of VMKhood, i.e. conversing with fellow VMK denizens. However, in light of the purely hearsay nature of that evidence, testimony from multiple individuals can be provided at the judge's behest to satisfy any inquisition. Furthermore, recent confessional testimony of one MTLott (an admitted alias) regarding his twelve-year ban from VMK should be more than enough to bring this case to the next step, should your clients be willing to go that far.
