I was given choice of a Fountains I or II unit (1601 vs 1434). I chose the older Fountains I (1434, which is a 2nd floor villa) because the Fount II unit had no water view. I enjoy sitting out on the balcony with coffee in the morning and seeing a small pond/fountain vs a grassy area that backs up to a fence. Our Fount I unit looked newly renovated to us and we were very happy with it. We checked in around 1:30 pm and our room was ready for occupancy which really made us happy.
