Emerald Island/Terre Verde/Magical Memories-plz help us decide!

We are trying to decide between these three resorts for Christmas......

Terre Verde Resort :sunny:

Emerald Island Resort :sunny:

Magical Memories :sunny:


Please give any input if you have been to any of these resorts. What was your favorite and least favorite about the resort(s) you stayed at. TIA for any and all help!!!!

We own a home in Emerald Island Resort and we love it. Close enough to be in the parks in no time, and enough room for every one when we get back from the parks. We also enjoy down days at the house, swimming in the pool. We also go down with a group of people so it is great we have the room to all hang out in. Its hard to do that in the hotel rooms. I am not an impartial party. I think were ever you stay you will have a wonderful time you have narrowed it down to some great places.

We stayed in a home at Emerald Island Resort for a week in March and thoroughly loved it - already planning to stay there again on our next trip. The resort is new, with great facilities, and the homes are top quality. I am quite sure you wouldn't be disappointed - plus the location and proximity to WDW can't be beat...

We have stayed at Emerald Island on two occassions in 5 bedroom homes with 9 of us. It is the best place to stay. The location is great and the homes and resort are beautiful. There are lots of good places to eat near by and a Publix grocery store just west on 192. :cool1:

So glad you all are loving Emerald Island. We own a home there and this is what we want to hear from guests who have stayed at the resort.

Emerald Island and Terre Verde are developed and managed by the same company. So the quality is very high on both properties. I have stayed in both Resorts, more recently at Terre Verde. Terre Verde was beautiful and not too far off the mani highway so you are accessible to restaurants etc. Emerald Isalnd is also great, a little bigger Resort. The homes themselves are great at both places but i prefer Terre Verde better due to the location. You can find pretty good rates through HotelmartUSA. Both Resorts have condos and vacation homes. The 4 bedroom condo at Terre Verde has a private pool and so do the regular vacation Homes.

I was looking into maybe purchasing a home in one of these resorts...and Emerald Island was the one I was most interested in. I have not looked into Terra Verde yet (this is the first I heard of it, everyone here is always so informative, thank you ;) ). What is the easiest way to find out about resales, or if there even is any? Or even new constructions? I find the web sites to the complexes are very lax in information. In fact the house you have isla bonita would be perfect for my family. I want to purchase something that is one story because my mom is handicapped.
