and want to upgrade it to a one day/two park ticket, can it be done onsite? do you have to decide before you go in the first park or can it be upgraded halfway thru the day?

You can upgrade onsite. Just go to Guest Services before you leave to upgrade.

How much is a one day - two park ticket? I don't see it on the Universal website.

i found it yesterday, hope it's still there today... it's about $74/adult... almost a $100 savings for our family!
