how do you put pictures (MCR picture) on your avatar?

You have to go into your private messages and select edit Avatar on the side bar and make sure it's not too big or has over 4000 bytes.

Get the picture you wants URL
Go to User CP
Edit Avatar
and down at the bottom copy the URL into it and hit save changes
