I've always wanted to make zuchini fries. Can anyone give me a GREAT recipe for them?

Well i make fried zuch. chips .. cut your zuch. into thin slices , coat with a beat egg, dip into parm cheese (just the grated in the can) fry in oil til golden brown , drain on paper towel and sprinkle with salt to taste.. Michelle
